scintilla spare tire holder bug

    when you spawn an off-road scintilla and switch the chassis to "chassis" and then switch it back to "cut chassis", it creates a new slot with the name "spare tire holder", which adds another identical spare tire to the exact same spot inside of the original one that was in the hood slot, causing an instability upload_2025-11-9_14-42-54.png
