It will be cool if, when you hit something, the paint of your car get some scratch. For example, when you hit the wall with the side of your car by making a turn and it don't damage your car, it will be cool to have some scratch on it. Another thing that can be cool is dust. When you go on a dirty path, your vehicle will be dirty. I know it will need a lot of work, but imagine later you will seek for something new to add, why not this thanks for comming to my TED talk.
Well, it is doable, but not realistically... Would take ages to get it react properly to damage so it's not impossible, but super duper hard
Its more than possible to do it, but is it worth the developers time and resources, no, so there for its not worth any effort at the moment to put this request into the game as of yet
