05/09/2022 Mod has been replaced with a cleaner alternative: https://beamng.com/threads/87896/ So, currently, you have to press 'N' to turn the lights on. Pressing 'N' again turns the highbeams on. And pressing it then, turns the lights off. If you want to switch between normal and highbeam, you can do that by pressing 'N'. But if you want to change back, you have to turn the lights completely off, then turn them on, and press 'N' again. With my change, you don't have to do that. So 'N' turns on the normal lights, and 'B' (you can customize the button) turns on highbeams. I've also made a small video to showcase it: So, I thought about this a bit more. You can replace the original electrics lua and inputmaps in the game files with this mod. Just go to your games installation, download the zip, unpack it and paste the lua folder right into the game folder. If a window that asks you if you want to replace the files shows up, click 'Yes'. If you want to backup the files you replace beforehand, you can do so without issues. I'll still leave a download for the original game files down below, the deinstallation of this mod would be the same as the installation. I also found out that this is FULLY compatible with KissMP You have to press CTRL+L everytime you load into a map in order to activate the full mod for now. I'm trying to fix this using an UI app to reload the input part like the 'LookAhead' camera by @Neo does with the camera extension. I don't know enough about UI apps though, and it doesn't work. I will work on a fix. Credits: - BeamNG: Original Lua - Me: Editing it

Sorry to bump this (even though it's my own ) but I updated the mod to work with 0.22. The updated files are in the main post! I suggest you backup the original files if you're overriding the main game's files, although there's also a zip including them!
