If you sent anything to our support inbox in the past 72 hours, please re-send it as we had a problem with our servers that was preventing anything from going through that we have since fixed. The problem was also preventing us from sending e-mails, which is why nobody has been receiving thread notifications or activation e-mails over the past 72 hours.
