Set Default Plate Design?

    I found a license plate mod I really like and would like to make it the default instead of the one that is default for the map (Maine for East Coast USA, Utah for Utah, etc) with the modded one. Is there a way to do that?

    If you choose that licence plate and then save that configuration, it will load with that plate.
    Same if you set that configuration as your default vehicle.
    You cannot choose a 'global' licence plate across all vehicles-
