Setup will not start

My computer will not allow setup to start. It says its a virus and will harm my computer. Im using Windows 8. I have AVG but its not avg saying it. its Windows 8. Need help!

 

Probably windows defender. I haven't used it so you'll have to look for some way to either whitelist that file or disable it temporarily so you can install it.

 

Is it like with a grey bar across the screen? I got around that by clicking "More Info" and then clicking run anyway.

 

I had a similar thing with windows 8.
If you had a message from Smartscreen like the picture below the problem could be solved.

Don't forget to enable Smartscreen once the Setup is lauched or finished.
