Shaky Speedo

I feel like it would be an easy fix. The speedo shakes and it's just something I really hate and wish it could be fixed. there is an example taken from the https://www.beamng.com/resources/1996-pessima-power-train-mod.2312/ mod

 

I know it's not the intended thing, but older cheaper cars do this anyway. Consider it a 'feature'.

And chances are, it's the mod causing it.

 

A quick and dirty fix would be to smooth the movement of the needle out
