Should BeamNG.Drive be used in schools for drivers ed?

    I think It should as it is a very important thing to drive, and if you get a good driving system you can really learn to drive without making anyone be in danger, and mabye if your school is rich enough to do this they can buy a VR system so you can learn in vr like the real thing lol, Bye and have a great day lol

    actually, that could be cheaper than buying a fleet of cars, so maybe
    i remember seeing a video where waste management used beam to train their workers

    No because there’s no sense of fear in beamNG. It’s purely psychological. You can’t make a human even slightly care about safety when there’s no consequences at all.

    Definitely agree, IRL you will already have to face bad consequences for "just" a minor accident, but in BeamNG you could yeet the car into a tree at full speed with no consequences at all

    Yeah, they created a program for a training simulator that WM built on how to drive a garbage truck
