What's wrong with the Crown Vic? At first I thought it was music, but it sounds like the gearbox is dying. Very well done though! maybe just slow it down a little and focus the camera on the action a little more. In the vid you showed, there was a lot of time where the camera seemed out of control and was missing some of the action. Also, cuts may be able to help. Different camera pathings and stationary passing shots look very cool! I love the part where you said screw it, I'm cutting this corner, and went off-road for a bit, unexpected but turned out very cool. Sorry if I sound a little nitpicky here, just trying to give some constructive criticism
I mean, I did create one specifically for super car chases, but other than that, nope. Pretty dang cool though!
Maybe because the AI pushed the car to its limits ? Also , i think the AI was driving the Crown because a player wouldn't go down the mountain , at least not like that
No, it definitely was the supercharger. I mean, the OP said it themselves. Also, I think the AI was driving the Pagani, not the Crown Vic, due to all of the smart decisions and good driving made by the Vic. The AI wouldn't drift, cut across dirt in a way to catch up while knowing where to avoid doing that, and keeping control of that powerful, heavy, RWD car through all of it.
Smokey is right, I was driving the Crown Vic, reason being that the Crown Vic only has 349hp and the Pagani 730hp so if the human with smarter decisions drives the faster and more agile car, it wouldn't be fair right? Also, I would have certainly crashed he Huayra before the end. I used the flee AI mode because the script AI went wrong for some reason.
A MAN TGS driver is escaping the police on the Matrix Freeway! 2 Firwood Police Wendovers give chase! One of the cops is attempting to hit the trailer. The impact is succesful but does not slow down the suspect at all. He is stuck on the side of the trailer, the other cop attempts to rescue his partner by hitting his car. But he only ends up jamming it more. New strategy: overtake the truck, then slam on the brakes and hit the cop car from the other side, getting it un-stuck. It wasn't very helpful, he's still stuck, just in a different position. Another attempt at the first approach, this time harder. Still nothing. Is he stuck for good? There is one last desperate attempt. The cop takes the overpass route... And then does a sudden 360! He's heading right at the target at full throttle! It was a crazy idea, but it worked! His partner is free! Now in severely damaged cars, the cops continue the chase. But with all this damage, they have trouble steering. One of them ends up wrecking his car completely, the other is too slow to catch up. Thankfully, backup is on the way! A Miramar from their police department arrives on the scene! (Don't question it, they have budget cuts due to wrecking too many cop cars) After spotting the target, the new officer begins pursuit. But how can he possibly stop such a large vehicle? An attempt is made to attack the front wheels, but the only damage it does to the suspect is breaking off one of the hubcaps. The suspect enters an overpass, but unexpectedly manages to hit a curb with the trailer legs! The cop following doesn't have enough time to react and crashes into the trailer! The hit is hard enough to push the trailer over a curb, and the suspect exits the overpass. The police car is wrecked and can't continue the chase. But just in time, more reinforcements arrive from the other side of the overpass! A Chevrolet Impala from the Pittsburgh Police Department gets involved, as the FPD doesn't have any available cars at the moment. Right off the bat, the cop heads for the truck's rear wheels, in an attempt to break them off and end the chase quickly. While the hit deals significant damage, the wheels are not affected that much. But the sturdy Impala hasn't given up yet! It goes for the other side now, hoping for more luck this time around. After multiple hits, the cop manages to pop the truck's tire. As the truck shows no signs of slowing down, the now heavily battered Impala succesfully attacks another tire, this time on the front. Struggling with overheating issues, the Chevrolet manages to shred one more tire on the other side. Wouldn't it be more efficient to just deploy a spike strip? Before the engine locks up, the cop manages to position itself in front of the truck in an attempt to slow it down. But the suspect just pushes the cop car like it's nothing. The outstanding performance from the Pittsburgh Police car gave the Firwood Police Department the time they needed to send more reinforcements. Returning from another chase, 2 cops in an ETK 2400TI join the pursuit. Now knowing the enemy's weak point, they head straight for the tires. Sadly, their car is nowhere near as strong as the Impala and doesn't deal any damage. As the Impala slides off the truck's bumper, they try attacking it instead, but with no results. The ETK is just too light for this to work. It also proves to be too low to jam the trailer. Eventually the car ends up decommisioned. But the efforts of the cops in it won't go to vain, as it gave some time for the police department to prepare something special that could end the chase... Right under the bridge where the truck is heading, a police blockade has been set up! There is no way to avoid it, the suspect will have to stop! But he is not slowing down! Is he going to force his way through? Prepare for impact! Ouch! He got through! The Piccolina in the blockade was not damaged by the truck, so it is now leading the pursuit. Can a small car stop a big truck? No, it can't. It ends up stuck under the trailer. It is now up to the damaged ETK 856t to put an end to this. But it is not up to a good start, after its first hit misses the truck and barely scratches its side. During its next attempt at a head-on impact, the car damages itself much more than it damages the truck. All further impacts only manage to un-jam the Piccolina from the bottom of the trailer. Both cop cars are now heavily damaged. Shortly after, the ETK is no more. The last hope of the Firwood Police Department is now an Ibishu Kashira that just managed to arrive at the freeway. The strategy now is to break off the trailer wheels. The Kashira manages to bend the trailer's axle, but in doing so gets its engine completely destroyed. But what is this? On top of the bridge, another police officer in a weird small car has been watching the action, and now decides to join the pursuit! He rams into the truck at high speed, deals no damage and wrecks his vehicle... "If only I had a bigger car, the baddie would be toast!", he says. The criminal laughs, thinking nothing can stop him now! But there is something on the horizon... Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's PAIN!!!!! OOF!!! And this is exactly why Firwood Police Department can't afford more cars... The end. I wanted this to be longer but I'm tired so I just ended it with a rocket car.
