Significantly Lower FPS in Borderless Mode

    Hi all,

    Running into an issue where I get significantly lower FPS when running borderless. At the lowest graphics settings, running borderless, with a 240FPS frame cap, I will obtain around 105-115 FPS. When I switch into full screen mode, the framerate jumps up to the 240FPS frame cap. There are no hardware bottlenecks which could justify this significantly lower fps in borderless mode. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue.

    GPU: RTX 3070ti
    RAM: 32Gb 6000Mhz
