Silver Balls Mod - YouTube Not quite the result I wanted. Balls not close enough. And ball Jbeams not perfect round. Now the moon, if nothing else, can flatten a car Big Bad Moon... - YouTube
Not sure why someone else has not already thought of it, but with how difficult it can be to grab nodes to move things and move them Jenga would make for an interesting little mod. Spawn in a tower of blocks and remove as many without the thing falling down. Only thing I see is sometimes difficult to make simple geometry not clip into each other. My lack of beam no how I only know to make 5,000 support beams for each thing to stop it from happening as much. Also thought about that 1970s electric football game that the ground vibrated and the players all had little hook arms. Maybe in the next year try to learn more LUA and the other thing flow something in the editor. The node connecting event thing. Car modding is not really interesting to me aside from the difficulty everyone else is already doing that.
Not really possible to make Jenga because the game doesn't support edge collisions. Making a tire stack is already hard enough. You would have to mess with many support beams of specific values to get some maybe almost decent results.
I know how to do more things than time allows to create. And being an indecisive person with ADD means I got a million things started and rarely finish anything Oh, and procrastination is a factor. --- Post updated --- Hey, what exactly does collide? Is it a beam that touches a beam or a node touching a node ? It is something that is not clear to me. Frustrating had the side collision happen again using planes as cards rather than boxes. I resorted to using hidden beams as supports that are in a break group. So if one breaks the cards will all loose support. Guess using support beams is the answer for most things. Nodes collide with triangles and with the world, that's pretty much it. You use support beams to have nodes collide with other nodes. But the game doesn't detect collision if 2 triangles collide and nodes are not in the area of the collision.
