Pretty much, you need to identify cars that look similar to each other. It doesn't matter of why, as much as atleast it's similar. Example/Start: My reasons for the i3 to be alike to the Isetta 300: Similar naming - i stands for Isetta, and 3 is short for 300. Body style - Both micro-cars. Design - Some of the Isetta is inspired into the i3, like light placement, roof shape, and fenders. Popularity - Both have been noticed, although for different reasons, but are still famous nonetheless.
1976 Pontiac Bonneville 1976 Cadillac Fleetwood Why i think they're similiar -Design: both cars look quite similiar in terms of appearance. -Body Style: Both are Full-Size.
Here's another one... I find the Regal and Park Avenue similar because: Design - Similar grille, same shape of headlights, similar bumper, and similar roof. Body style - Both are sedans. Category - Both are luxurious vehicles.
Ford Mustang and Chevy Camaro - Both are muscle cars. - Both are still in production. - They are both identified as 'Pony Cars.' - They are both US icons.
2018 Toyota Camry 2016 Nissan Maxima Similarities: Design: Both aggressive, and revised from their previous model, plus a similar grille style. Origin: Both Japanese, sold to plenty of countries. Markets/Category: Both targeted as family or luxury sedans. Popularity: Both selling well in total, seen plenty times on the roads and on forums. Naming: Both unheard of to most people. Age: Both started in the late 20th-century.
Every crossover ever They are boring They handle like a dumpster fire they look like a dumpster fire there are too many
Peugeot 308 II Citroen C4 II -Why they are similar? Both are from PSA Group. They have similar design features (aggressive front end, similar shape of body) Both have Front Wheel Drive.
Peugeot 4007/Mitsubishi Outlander/Citroen C Crosser They came out of a cooperation between the PSA Group and Mitsubishi, exactly the same car except for badges, front and some fancy chrome
To compensate for the chrome on the Citroen and Peugeot aight you got me --- Post updated --- Nope, just silver plastic. My dad has one, so used to it I didn't even notice it
I've seen those Outlander gens before, with the sliver taillights. Also, I find the i8 and Vision Maybach 6 similar because they are futuristic, are one of the most popular, both German, both 2-door, and both luxurious.
Peugeot 106/Citroen Saxo. These two are so similar that it's actually easier to explain the differences, than it is to point out the similarities, so here goes: Different front ends Different tail lights/hatches Different interiors (with the only real difference being the dash and steering wheels) Why are they so similar? Because they're exactly the same car. Same chassis, same engines, same every damn thing. There is no mechanical or practical difference between the saxo and the 106, save for a few optional extras. The Saxo was aimed at a more mature and up-scale market, whereas the 106 was the bare-bones cheap alternative for the youth.
Interesting... --- Post updated --- If I remember correctly, I have never heard ANYBODY call a Camaro a "Pony Car." The Mustang is accurate though.
