simlating tire heat

it would be interesting to create simulation warming tires. it would add more realism.

for exemple, on a hard surface, Heat increases (friction coef) depending on the speed and the friction.

This is planned. So is simulating weight from fuel usage. And I think they plan Fuel tank leaks
