Let's do this again, but I just got permission from the original author, so I can start fixing it! So, if you are wondering, I reached out to the author on youtube, and they said I can fix it. Changes(so far) made rally config usable, might be fixed for updates. Credits: Kuba(on youtube)/ Kuba_cz(on modland) for letting me fix the mod, and they are the original creator by the way. So, I know I was harsh on that whatever thread it was. Taking a break was just what I needed. Playing City Car Driving was relaxing. Now after my break, I do not care what you think of me. So, this wraps it up. I am not some crazy warrior, instead, I am an average forum member now. Get ready for this Skoda mod release soon!
I made it more powerful, put aftermarket wheels on, and fixed the "NO TEXTURE" winsheild. --- Post updated --- I will hopefully add that soon!
Windshield itself has always been perfectly fine. Its the banner that doesn't have textures properly assigned. I would recommend you to look up the banner's material in Blender. After that check material's texture paths in main_material.json What often happens is that as game gets updated, so do materials. That means that name of their textures changes. If the mod has textures for the material assigned at the same source, game will no longer find them and NO TEXTURE sign will be shown. The best solution would be to download older game version (preferably the one that was the latest at the mod's release) and copy missing textures for banner's material in your car's folder. Then change the texture's source to the car's folder and keep the name. Simply changing the material to the newer one might result in some funky looking results, so I wouldn't recommend it
