Slow and laggy for OK PC

I have some ok specs at 6gb of ram, 2gb graphics, and windows 10. Although I have a single core processor i fell like my computer should be able to run this game. I turned my graphics and visual properties all the way down and disabled post fx and ssao, what else can i do? I only get 14 fps with the d15 as an example.

 

What are your exact specs (CPU model, GPU etc.)?

 

Single core processor. That's your issue. This game needs at least a fast desktop i3 to run properly.

I dont really care about quality i even have my resolution at 1024 x 600 if there is anything i can do like disable shadows or something plz let me know

 

An AMD A6 cpu is just not powerful enough to handle the physics engine of BeamNG.
I guess the only thing you can do is upgrading (to an Intel Core system for instance).
