Slow licence plate generation / loading

Hello everyone

I'm creating this topic because I would like to ask a little question about the licence plate loading times

I want to use the thumbnail generator to update the visual of one of my mods (liveries). But the licence plate generation time is quite long (+5-8 secondes) compared to the time of a thumbnail screenshoot

Exemple shown here:



- Is there a way to reduce the time / thumbnail screenshoot interval to let the licence plate load properly?
or
- Is this loading time for a licence plate is normal ? Is this possible to reduce it?

I've tried to run the game
- in safe mode
- with update drivers
- on faster drive (ssd)
- this happens in all visual modes (ultra to low)

My PC specs are : Ryzen 5 3600 + 32GB DDR4 + RX 580 on 21.11.1
