Slow UI

So, i've read a ton of these slow UI reports for answers, but they don't work and they're from christmas of 2016 and march of 2017. my UI is just the default minus the mini map, and i don't see other problems. when i try to use the pause menu to get new cars or to change a setting, the menu is very slow, it takes about 15-20 seconds for the menu to pop up and register what i've clicked. can anyone help? thanks!

 

This sometimes happens to me if i have some mod installed. If you have mods disable/remove all of them. Then try clearing your cache. If this STILL does not work, reinstal the game. If reinstalling the game does not work, do a CLEAN reset by deleting every beamng folder on your pc and then install it again.

 

I forgot, but wasn't there something about how many cores your PC has?

 

This worked for the mostpart, i deleted every Beamng.Drive folder and reinstalled, and the UI got a little faster, but not perfect, thanks!
