Small tires gain rotation in water.

This bug only seems to effect smaller tires (though I only tested the sunburst, hatchback, and offroad truck tires)

If an inflated tire ends up in water, it will accumulate rotation perpendicular to a normal tires rotation (so longways, like flipping a pancake) infinitely. So it will end up just flipping out, floating and spinning perpetually. Larger tires - or at least the large offroad tires for the truck - are more effected by the drag of the water or something, so they just float normally.

I do think it's really cool that the tires float though. Was that another intentional thing, or, like planes, just something the engine ended up being able to do automagically?
