Recently got inspired to make a (very poor quality) map as a reference to an idea for a small town that I've had stuck in my head for the past few weeks. This post is to inspire either the Beamng Devs or a map maker who needs some inspiration for either a whole new map or some things to add into a map they're currently working on. Hope you enjoy reading my suggestion! Driftwood, USA A once thriving small town up in the mountains that suddenly fell into poverty after it's nearby stock car circuit was shut down back in the '90s, causing a lot of people to stop visiting Driftwood, thus taking away most of the town's income. Driftwood's smaller sister town, Shady Meadows, was hit the hardest, with most of it's businesses closing down, aside from the very few stores that are open thanks to the money of the nearby trailer park residents. Map features: Poorly maintained roads A landslide outside of town Trailer Park with a mud pit An abandoned Asylum that has various ghost stories about it created by the locals A mountain road used by amateur street racers A small lake with adjacent camp grounds An abandoned 20th century yacht with a mysterious history Abandoned Stock Car Circuit Various off road trails (Very crude) map design:
