Smaller HUD?

I'm new to Beam NG, and I couldn't find an answer to my question. Is there a way to make the HUD smaller when you're driving?

 

you can go into the "UI Apps" on the top banner, then click "edit apps", from there you can manually move and scale the UI apps with your mouse, to your preference.

note that with some apps, the text doesn't scale down with it, instead staying the same size and just wrapping around more.
