Smooth AI Inputs at low risk levels

    Because say if the AI is trying to get to a certain speed it will accelerate hard and brake hard but its not going that fast, if we can have it drive a lot smoother (smooth out throttle/brake) then it will be better (at the moment the inputs are to aggressive for the transmissions to change into higher gears)

    i would like so have some kind of "cruising" mode as well.
    if i want a bit of traffic i usually add 3-4 cars and enable lane-splitting.
    then i limit their speed to something like 80-100 kph so they dont drive like madmen.
    the issue with that is that they stop shifting as soon as they hit their maximum speed - so they drive along at 80kph but the revs sit at 5-6k rpm.
    it would be cool if one could set them to shift earlier and run lower rpms.
