I'm assuming you mean that the vehicles in game are to weak, even though the vehicles in game are actually pretty realistic in that area. It depends how a car is built, Russia is a good example. There cars are either to strong or to weak. I'm sure later on they are going to add a feature so you can modify how strong a car is but we will have to wait and see since BeamNG/Drive were released almost a day ago.
You call the cars on this game/tech demo weak? I wouldn't stick my fingers into rigs of rods then. It wouldn't be of your taste.
he might be talking about parts falling off? "not enough screws" in which case that has to do with nodes/beams/contactors (stuff like that) possibly been set too weak, but the flexbody mesh is pretty realistic for the vehicles i have tried so far.
