decision time? should I didtch the old engines in favor of the legran/wendover blocks? (I will add a 5.0 v8 by modding the 4.4, should have 15% more baseline power, good to use in top spec models)
I'm so sorry man, I didn't know this mod had existed when i started working on reviving the WBIMP moonhawk. I didn't mean to impede any of your work in any way. Again, i apologize heavily for any inconvenience i've caused you
I'm excited for both. Moonhawk is awesome and we're going to get two different views of its future, I offer thanks to the creators of both mods.
t is so slow it hurts, but does pull 23-21 mpg --- Post updated --- also the 4.4 v8 does pull a similar mileage, maybe the sweet spot is on the middle
is that I am fastidious about NOT BEING SLOPPY, specially with materials, but trying to wprk around a crappy Skin map is negative amounts of fun
smooth blinkers, the older version was driving me nuts with that old fashioned look --- Post updated --- I found out the rebadged moonhawk thing i was pointed here it also uses the original solid logo... (which to me it looks awfully out of place in a 1970s car --- Post updated --- I found out the rebadged moonhawk thing i was pointed here it also uses the original solid logo... working on new interior textures --- Post updated --- another thing: the reason I am so slow is because working around the existing UV maps is a headeache
soon I will swap the remaining blnkers with a mre modern looking set, and all the glassware will be done
New hubcaps, I really, REALLY dont like the current soliad logo, looks out of place on anything from the 70s and early 80s
time to present a logo, I think this is FAR more appropriate for a car of the late 70s to early 80s --- Post updated --- it will be embossed in the interior, and will be present in badges, emblems and hubcaps --- Post updated --- I know it is mismatch. but it is a test after all
