    Hi, I have a question. Is it possible to make a skin template for a car which doesn't have it? I'm fresh here so please be understanding.

    If it's for a mod vehicle, it depends entirely on the author.
    He has to map his vehicle 3D model to have skin support, and provide a skin template.



    All the official vehicles have skin support and templates in the game's folder.

    You could, but I don't think it would be any easy for you.

    You have to open the 3D Model, create a new UV Layout and UV Map the vehicle to be used a skin template.
    That's something the author of the mod has to do, since you need to edit the 3D model itself.
