[SOLVED] No Steering Wheels

    This started when I had a mod. I was having a texture problem with it, so I cleared cache. I got back into the game, and none of the vehicles had a steering wheel -- mods and official vehicles. Could somebody help me with it?

    Is "remove steering wheel" on or off in the settings menu?
