Hello ! I made a nice Automation car, and I exported it perfectly. I just wanted to do some stuff to improve the mod before I publish it... Things I want to improve are : - I made different configs with different amount of power, engines, wheels... How can I regroup all these cars to only one icon in the vehicle selector, and the select the variant I want ? (Like every official cars) - How can I add a description, contry, price, performances to the different variants ? Thanks for your future help ! PS : I'm quite a noob about making some "file" stuff, so I already tried to modify info.json on one of the variants, and now nothing appears
You shouldn't add them in info.json file. You should add them in info_CONFIGNAME.json Add all of the files into one folder. Now imagine they're in vehicles/xxx and vehicles/yyy. You should copy the files in the vehicles/yyy and the files in the vehicles/xxx, next paste them in the vehicles/zzz. Also, before doing it, rename info.json files to info_CONFIGNAME.json, then they will not overwrite each other when pasting. Also you can send the file here, then we can do these for you if you can't.

Hello, I think that I need some more help, because when I changed "info.json" into "info_muerli_fmr_175.json", "info_muerli_fmr_250.json", "info_muerli_fmr_400.json" and "info_muerli_fmr_custom.json", the game give me bugged cars, with the 175 config painted in matte white (instead of yellow) and the three others without any thumbnail and with no cars when I try to spawn them. Then, I tried to copy and paste the four ZIP files into a new one, but when I open the game, it told me that the ZIP is invalid, and nothing is shown in the vehicle selector...
I didn't mean you copy paste the zip files, I meant copy their assets. I meant open the zip file, go to vehicles/THE_VEHICLE_NAME, next, press Ctrl + A, next press Ctrl + C, open another zip file, go to vehicles/THE_VEHICLE_NAME and press Ctrl + V. Then the 2 vehicles will be combined. Btw, there are some other works to do too that I can't really explain them because I'm not English. So, please upload the mod file, then I'll do it for you and send the file in this thread

Hello ! Thanks for you're work ! But sadly, the car doesn't appear in my game... I put the file in User -> Appdata -> Local -> Beamng.drive -> 0.23 -> Mods. And there's some other stuff also, the top speed are kinda strange (for example in the 1.4 95 (M) config, it's "49.722222222"), and for the 250 and 250C, you say that it's a 1.2 four cylinders engine, but it's a 2.0 four cylinder engine Is it possible for you to make the file work please ? Or it may be me who use his computer like a prehistorical man and don't know how to install a mod Hope it'll be fixed ! PS : the mod appears on the mod menu
