Sometimes after completing a mission I get stuck in a success screen

    When I finish a mission it gives me an option to restart or leave the mission, when I pick leave I get stuck in an endless loop of success screens and the only option from there is to close the game with Alt+F4. Is there a solution to this bug or do I have to wait for this to to be patched?
