Sound Glitches

The video, during its whole duration, shows sound "glitches" like crackling and popping and static.

In the description it has the timestamps for the "static glitches" so that you can click trough, but I will put them here too: 0:39, 1:29, 1:34, 1:38, 1:51.

The timestamps mark the worst case, in the video recording it doesn't sound as bad as in the headphones/speakers. In the headphones speakers, it sounds like the volume goes up to 11 and its just static.

Things I tried:
- Running on Linux but cannot reproduce because the game won't run well enough to get there, yet (thanks for what has been so for and in hoping for better support);
- Uninstalled and reinstalled sound drivers;
- Tested with multiple audio devices: speakers, wired headset, bluetooth headset, wireless USB headset (the screen recording shows the artifacts so it makes sense it happens on every device);
- Tried the multiple windows sound sampling options like 48Khz and 44.1KHz
