Sound working at main menu, but in game I can't hear the car

When I play Beamng, I want to hear all the sounds. Of course, I can't do that. I can hear the sounds perfectly fine in the main menu, but in-game I can't hear the engine, the tires, the crashing, I can't hear anything at all. I need help, because this is really game-breaking for me.

 

I have found if you go to, Libraries, Documents, BeamNG.drive, settings, than delete the settings.cs file. That seemed to work.
