Spawning traffic causes the game to crash

Recently I have noticed my game crashing every time I spawn traffic. It never did this before, I haven't changed any settings or anything, I was playing the game yesterday. Today I booted the game up via steam and spawned traffic like I normally do, however today my game has crashed. This very strange for it to occur randomly, please help.

You must have a mod that spawns in the traffic and crashes the game. You need to try spawning every single one of your mod cars to see which one is doing it.

I have no mods, its even crashing in safe mode

It comes up with this every time I spawn traffic or do ALT+ENTER to full screen. It's so strange to say it was working perfectly fine yesterday.
