So speedfan is seeing this sensor labeled as CPU but it never changes in temp no matter what is being done. With my old heatsink it was always at 47 degrees now it is always 39. I have no idea what it could be because the CPU already has a working value and one for each core.
I figured it wasn't something that would be an issue but I still want to know what exactly it is, lol.
Speedfan normally has incorrect readouts. I've had times before where it's showed my motherboard as being -127C and with the fans spinning at 7000RPM. Try Speccy, I've had better luck with that.
I use both, Speedfan is just to show me the temp in the system tray. They both seem to show the same temps so for me it is working well. Welp, turns out speccy can do that too. Idk, I've always liked speedfan and have never had an issue with it reporting incorrect temps it just reports this one that I have no clue what it is.
