Speedometer needle prop setup not working right

    The speedometer prop is complicated to setup, in addition to a base rotation, there is a regular rotation and they both seem to complicate each other

    I have a setup like the photo below

    Each node (bb0, bb7, bb37) is located at true X and Y positions as in Blender, so the x, y, z orientation for the prop in BeamNG should match Blenders x, y, z, orientation. The "baseRotation" sets up fine but in "rotation" when I try to setup the prop according to x, y, z, it doesn't rotate in any coherent manner, for example the Y axis acts as the Z axis, also the rotation values from Blender don't work in BeamNG. When I Rotate the needle in blender to the correct position and copy the valuse to jbeam it doesn't match rotation. I can't setup the needles.
