I think it would be interesting to implement "spicier" races in the career mode, for example: A drag race in true NFS fashion, with 3 or 4 opponents in the main highway, and traffic to avoid; Rallycross could be interesting aswell. But my favourite would be a race with all classes (from a simple covet to trophy truck, race cars and everything in between), where each class has a different layout, but every layout is connected, so you could be racing in the default spawn area (forgot the name), going to the gas station and a trophy truck goes flying above you. I know, crazy.
