How do you make spot light for cars. I am trying to make police lights for a car and I would like to know how to make them light up the environment. thanks
You would need blender for this. If you want to make a new one or use the one from the Roamer / Sunburst (for example). You need to copy the mesh to your vehicle with textures etc.
