Steam Overlay not working.

    For many months now the steam overlay does not work in game. I have the "Enable Steam overlay" box checked in the properties of the game, yet pressing shift+tab does not do anything in game. The overlay works just fine in other games. Is the overlay disabled for BeamNG, or is something wrong with steam?

    Works just fine for me. Now in other games there are problems with it for me but not bng.
