Can someone make a sticky c-4, kind of like a compressed version of the propane tank? I need a small explosive for a small vehicle, and it doesn't exactly have to "stick" to anything.
well i guess it would be enough to model a remote controlled explosive and run it over - since anything seems to get stuck to the cars as soon as you hit it

I think he meant he wants sticky C-4 that operate in a similar or identical fashion to how the Sticky Bombs work in GTA V. Sticky Bombs in GTA V will stick to anything that it is targeted to, and will be detonated by either shooting them, ramming them with a vehicle, and by pressing Left on the D-Pad.
But he said that it doesn't have to stick to anything. Basically the propane tank mod but with the model and collision of an c4. It's for use in a movie because it would look better in the scenario I guess.
