Strange Full-Screen Issue

    Hello. When I use my computer screen to play Beam NG. I can get into Fullscreen just fine, but when I use my HDMI cord to hook up the tv screen (So I can use my racing wheel), it refuses to go fullscreen, no matter how many times I spam click, Alt. & Enter. If I don't use fullscreen, I have serious lag.
