Hello! I recently created a new user in Windows and reinstalled the game. Then I launched the game and discovered a strange lighting of the trees, as if they were too white or is this normal?
I can't remember what they looked like before I reinstalled the game.
Max settings, East Coast map, time about 9AM.

That's curious. It's probably a minor graphics issue. Sometimes I get issues like this, too. So you recently reinstalled, do you have any mods? Also, I'd recommend clearing cache as well. Also also make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

Thanks for the answer. I have 3 mods now, but this problem was there without mods. I also cleared the cache and installed the latest graphics driver.
The trees become too white only when the sun shines at an angle. At midday the trees are a normal green color. I have no idea why this happens

It's an issue with the PBR textures on the trees, where the light reflection is higher than it should be at an angle. I worked it out at some point (a while back, and I've since forgotten), but I think one of the layers/files is either the reverse of what it should be or not being used correctly.

It's quite widespread. I think trees need an overhaul on BeamNG in general. The concept and tech is ok, but the execution isn't so good. The low poly models are often completely wrong, which overemphasises the pop-in/-out (which is already and issue with BeamNG), and there is this issue, which makes them look very strange when at an angle to the sun.

Is this ever getting addressed? The white or bleached out trees are rather prolific and an eye sore.
