Strange shadows on exported Collada

    Every time I modify a vehicle in Blender and export it, I get these weird dark spots in the gaps in between the fender and door etc. Here's a picture.

    Is there specific settings on exporting with Blender? Because they're just at default at the moment.

    Gabested said that he doesn't recommend modding the original .dae files of the vehicles because in the process of importing/exporting some things break, so you'll have to wait until the game supports multiple .dae files for each car.

    It's blender not loading the mesh correctly. When you load it, there's no splitted edges so when you smooth it and export, this happens. You can add edge splits but it won't be the same as the original
