Stutter while recording

    Whenever I try to record my gameplay with the Replay UI app, stutters/freezes occur for about 4 or 5 frames every 5 seconds. It doesn't make the game unplayable but it's bad enough to be distracting. Safe mode didn't solve this while clearing cache did for about 30 seconds. Anyone have any solutions? Thanks.
