At first I noticed the game was stuttering on the new map Italy which I had never played before several days ago. Suddenly a blue screen pops up, disappears after a few seconds, and then my PC reboots and I have to open everything again.

I wanted to make sure it wasn't an issue with downloading the update so I reinstalled the game, tried playing again and it was still stuttering so I go and play in Safe Mode with all mods disabled. The stuttering seems to go away mostly after a while but I still get a random blue screen so something is still wrong since this never happened before.

Here's a small list of my specs (Ask if I left anything important out)
    • Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
    • Intel Core i5-4570
    • ADATA 8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz RAM
    • AMD Radeon R9 280X 3 GB
    • 1 TB 7200 RPM HDD

    Running BeamNG.drive Alpha v0.15.0.2.7533

That sounds like hardware issue to me. Do you get bluescreen with 3dmark demo that can be downloaded from steam? That is one way to test your system's for any lurking hardware issues.

Stuttering might be normal with your specs, especially in cities or looking towards cities if using high graphics, also there is something odd with lower graphics settings currently, so choosing lower graphics might not fully work at the moment.

3DMark works perfectly fine, I only get the blue screen with this game.

This game puts more stress on system that most, 3DMark's combined test gets close, but even then I think this game uses more memory.

As blue screens are not common at all, it is very likely that it can be related to your hardware / drivers or software.

As you mention that blue screens happen often when stuttering occurs, that kinda tells me that it is related to heavier load on your system, is it memory, cpu, gpu or disk drive, that is unknown.

To eliminate possibilities and to find likely cause, it is needed to do some testing I believe.

For example, when you play italy and stuttering occurs, what are temperatures of your CPU and GPU at that moment?

HWinfo64 or MSI Afterburner work in finding out if you don't currently have software that would show up those temps.

If those are okay, then memory usage and page file situation needs to be charted.

If everything of that checks out, then it still leaves GPU memory and driver issues as well as read/write fault of disk as well as RAM issue.

memtest86 is what is used to test memory, can be bit tricky to use as needs booting from USB, can't remember if Windows comes with memory test these days too.

Disk testing, first step would be to see if there are any SMART messages, Crystal Disk Info can be used for that.

I'm completely unaware of AMD driver stuff, but I know they have driver issues that cause black streaks across the map.

For memory usage task manager can show that, during the game, preferrably when stuttering if memory is all used up, it can be somewhat related to issue, sometimes issues that appear to be linked are two separate issues.

When you press ctrl+f in game, FPS counter shows up, last number is GPU wait, when that is higher than 0.1 you start to be GPU limited, checked at full screen and VSYNC off, you might want to check that when stuttering happens, if it is high, then lowering graphics might help with stuttering.

There is also performance graphs in game, if you enabled advanced functions it appears to left side in game menu, three vertical bars, you can keep that open and see what happens when stuttering occurs. Alt-O takes screenshot which you can post then here.

There is at least some things to try that might help to narrow cause of those issues.

My GPU was at like 90 C and CPU was around 50 C but I don't think the CPU was at full load unlike the GPU which would get to 99%

Ok, 90C is bit much, does GPU fans work normally and how is airflow in your tower?

Usually that card is staying under 80C what I have seen, so at least that might need improvement.

90 C isn't just from this game, it's usually under any full load.

Still the game worked perfectly fine prior to this update.

90C is too hot though, it decreases life of card and also you might get throttling which causes stutter.

Still it wasn't stuttering before the update.
