tdev has been working on something for about 7 years now. It could be abandoned, I have no clue. I'm banking on the fact that the A380 is an incredibly complicated object and modelling it is slow going.

I had no idea, I thought RoR was short for BeamNG. Thanks for clearing that up.

Figured I should give my two cents: An airplane in an excruciatingly long project to undertake. It's very labor intensive and time consuming, and just all around difficult. There will be a lot of sleepless nights and a lot of times when you'll feel so incredibly frustrated you'll want to throw your computer out the window. It's a long road filled with obstacles, and unless you're 100% sure it's what you want, I do recommend working on something else. If you are willing to take the time, I suggest making an aircraft you're passionate about and already have a lot of reference for, because you will be stuck with this aircraft for the next 6 months to 3 years (Depending on how accurate you plan on making it).

TL,DR: Making a plane is really hard and takes forever, so if you are gonna do it, build one that you care about instead of wondering about the aircraft others care about, since it's impossible to build one that pleases everyone

    Best of luck,
    -Prime

This reply might be a little late and this idea might lag out the game a little bit, but if you could I think a
Boeing 747-8 might be cool. Also I think that an osprey might be really cool.

Some people have trouble running the T series but a Boeing 747-8! Not a chance unless you use a super computer!

I have to make 2 things clear:

    1. Airliners like an Airbus or a Boeing are most likely not to be made, as they are big, they have hundreds of pieces in them, they will be laggy and hard to use, as BeamNG doesn't have as many large airports, and you need a long runway to take off with some of these jets.
    2. I'm not able to work on anything any time soon, as I'm really busy, and as you may know, working on mods requires a lot of free time, which is something I don't have at the moment. However, sometime later in 2018 I may find some time to work on a smaller plane, like a Spitfire for example. But as of right now, I can't even start working on anything yet.

You can feel free to leave more suggestions anyway.

When BeamNG can support one car on multiple threads I reckon it will be possible. R7 AMDs could fly something like that. GPU performance idk though.
