Sunburst & Covet Starter Sound "incomplete?" after updating

    When I updated to 0.18, the Covet and Sunburst's starter sound felt incomplete, without the high-pitched softness sound that played when the engine was still cranking but already halfway started. Was this intentional or a glitch? I don't know, but I'd really like it back.
