So I was just exploring the new hillclimb sunburst when I noticed the dual-clutch transmission doesn't want to shift how I'd like it to. When I drive on fourth gear and then rapidly press the key to shift down it actually goes up, sometimes even to sixth gear. That's clearly what I didn't want to happen. Is this intentional or not? It only happens with DCT normal manual doesn't do it.

No such issue here, have you checked your keybindings, disabled mods, deleted cache, etc?

If it matters, I'm using an Xbox 360 controller

Checked keybindings, disabled all mods and cleared cache. Also tried with my keyboard but the issue is still there

hmm, seems its going into automatic mode, set it to manual with auto clutch, do the same as u did before and jolt the throttle, if it shifts then its in auto, will try and recreate

It is in manual (automatic clutch). I might just do a clean reinstall.

EDIT: Just did a clean reinstall and it didn't fix this.

I think you had some spinning from the wheels.. the trans sensor detected speed for higher gear because the wheels were spinning... i think
