Solved Sunburst not spawning after making a custom bumper

I am very new to modding, I made a custom bumper for the sunburst but when I have the mod enabled, the sunburst doesn't spawn.

Scroll up that console, the initial part of the error would give you important hints of the issue.

You ate a : at line 2
Fix it like this and you are good to go.
