Sunburst Skin Problem

    I wanted to create a skin for the Hirochi Sunburst but the plastic and chrome parts (Like the exhaust and the engine) are also colored. Could anybody let me know how to fix this?
    In addition to that it would be really nice if someone could explain to me what these multiple squares in the top right corner of the UV are.
