    im done modeling and i need to know how to do a suspension and frame on blender i dont want to wing it

    Google image the parts you need. Useful places are usually build threads and part catalogues.

    If you have the skills to do the surface modelling for bodywork, suspension and other mechanical components should be a cinch.
