suzuki gn125 not revving properly

my suzuki gn125 isnt revving properly it cant rev past 6000 rpm i cleaned out the carb and i replaced most of the others parts anyone know a pontential issue

 

you say it'd not revving properly, as in it "runs out of steam" before then? have you checked the fuel line from the tank for blockages?
are you sure the fuel is good? (doesn't have water in it, etc.)
have you checked the spark plug gap?

 

i will check that but it was running normaly before i cleaned out the carb
