I have seen in a lot of mods that people leave negative reviews about the mod, which could of been prevented if they had read the discussion, as Narwhal said here: So I think that instead of having the reviews the first thing you see when you scroll down, you would see the discussion page, and then a little blue button that says "review". Also, when you go to make a review, it should say: "Check the Discussion Page first before posting negative reviews, there could be fix for your problem there" So yeah, I think this would help modders a lot with all the negative reviews that they get.
Or maybe if the user selects one or two stars as the rating, a window would pop up saying "If this mod contains a bug, please report it here. Do not rate a mod at one star unless it has quality issues."
