Tcs System issue after last update

Hi, before the last game update traction control system on game works fine. İt reduces torque of engine and it brakes required wheel.

After game update tcs reduces torque of engine but it doesn't brake the wheels. Because of this situation car stuck on and can't go away.

Are there anyone have this problem or it's only for me.

It's not you. I've seen someone else report the same issue, so I guess it's a game thing
